Look for a career that cares for you too
Boost your career in the healthcare industry by caring for those who need daily assistance to live comfortable, dignified, and independent lives. We are always on the lookout for talent all around Georgia that will add and contribute to our core mission and values. If you are an experienced home health aide, CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), CMA (Certified Medication Assistant), or MA (Medical Assistant), you would be a valuable asset and addition to our caring and dependable team of in-home caregivers.
At Koi Home Care, we understand that the 9-5 isn’t for everyone, and make it a priority to offer flexible schedules to fit into your life. Whether that looks like overnights, weekend work, or a mixture of times depending on the day – we want to hear from you.
Why you should work for us
We provide training to meet your CEU requirements. Our goal is to provide you with training and support to help you do the best work for your clients.
We understand the value and worth of caregiving. We’ve been there. Caregiving plays a very important role in our clients’ lives and their ability to remain independent at home, and you will be recognized and rewarded for doing a good job.
We take the time to match you with clients. Each caregiver is different, just like our clients. Our caregiver and client matching process is designed with you in mind. The goal is to find clients that you will enjoy working with that fit within your skill set and experience.
We listen and communicate. At Koi, we believe in consistent communication, to keep you in the loop of any scheduling and care changes because we respect your time. When you call us about a concern or question, we’ll respond in a timely fashion and take your feedback into consideration to improve our care plans and operational processes.
Here is what your day-to-day would look like
Each of our clients has an individual, custom-made care plan, and some of your tasks may include companionship, assisting clients with toileting needs, preparing nutritious meals, and general errand-running.
Our Georgia clients deserve the best care possible, and that starts with you. Each person that we care for is expecting punctuality, compassion, and kindness, which we know is innate to you. Apply with the form below or email your resume to info@koihealthservices.com and we’ll contact you shortly!
